- 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
- 1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 envelopes dehydrated spaghetti sauce mix
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. lasagna noodles
- 2 (12 oz. each) can V-8 juice
- 1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Heat oil in a large skillet.

2Add meat and cook, breaking up. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, sauce mix and V-8 juice.

3Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
