  • 1 savoy cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Quarter and shred the Savoy cabbage.

    Heat all the olive oil in a heavy-based saucepan, add the crushed garlic cloves and cook for 30sec.

    Add the cabbage; cook, stirring, for 5min.

    Season, stir in the chopped parsley and serve.
