- 1 savoy cabbage
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper

1Quarter and shred the Savoy cabbage.

2Heat all the olive oil in a heavy-based saucepan, add the crushed garlic cloves and cook for 30sec.

3Add the cabbage; cook, stirring, for 5min.
