- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- small can tomato paste
- large can whole tomatoes
- lasagna noodles
- 16 oz. container cottage cheese
- large container Parmesan cheese
- 2 large pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion; put in tomato paste, canned tomatoes (chopped), salt and pepper to taste.

2Sprinkle generously with oregano.

3Simmer.

4Cook lasagna noodles in boiling water. Take container of cottage cheese and mix in one egg.

5Drain noodles when tender.

6Put a little sauce in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.

7Put a layer of noodles, then 1/2 of cottage cheese.

8Spread over noodles.

9Shake Parmesan to cover, then one package of Mozzarella, then half of sauce.

10Repeat.

11Mozzarella on top.

12Bake 30 minutes at 350° uncovered.
