Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
  • pkg. pepperoni (as many as you like)
  • 6 lasagna noodles
  • large carton Ricotta cheese
  • 6 to 8 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 large cans Hunt's spaghetti sauce (we like tomato and basil and traditional mixed together)
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook lasagna noodles.

    Brown hamburger and sausage; drain. Simmer sauce, hamburger and sausage and pepperoni together for an hour or so.

    Coat bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with a thin layer of sauce, one layer of noodles, 1/2 of Ricotta cheese, 1/3 of meat sauce, one layer of Mozzarella cheese.
