Ingredients

  • 6 sausage links or 1/2 lb. regular or hot sausage
  • 14 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
  • 3 c. cooked broad egg noodles (lasagna)
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 c. creamy cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Heat oven to 375°.

    In a skillet over moderate heat, cook sausage until brown on all sides.

    Remove and slice sausage. Combine sauce, garlic, salt, pepper and sausage.

    Place 1/2 of noodles in bottom of a 2-quart shallow casserole dish.

    Spread half of sauce mix over noodles and remaining noodles and spread cottage cheese evenly over noodles.

    Top with remaining sauce and Mozzarella.

    Top with Parmesan.

    Bake 35 minutes.
