- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 3 c. or (3/4 lb.) mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 c. water
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1/4 c. dry red wine
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire
- 1 Tbsp. Italian herb seasoning
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 lb. (12) uncooked lasagna noodles
- grated parmesan cheese to taste
Directions

1In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until the meat is done.

2Do not drain the meat.

3Pour meat and onions in large bowl.

4Add all the remaining ingredients to the meat and onions, except the noodles and parmesan cheese.
