- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes (put one can in blender and puree)
- 2 stalks celery, chopped (optional)
- 8 strips lasagna noodles
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. cottage cheese or Ricotta
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced or 3 pkg. presliced
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions

1Brown ground beef; drain.

2Melt oleo in skillet; add browned beef, onion and garlic.

3Cook until onion is sauteed.

4Add remaining ingredients and cook, covered, over low heat for about 1 hour.

5Stir occasionally.
