- 1 (18 oz.) can Hunt's tomato paste
- 1 (next smaller size) can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground chuck or sausage
- 4 fresh garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- Ricotta cheese (small or large)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 balls Falbo Mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 dashes nutmeg
Directions

1Brown meat in oil.

2Crumble meat with fork.

3When browned, put meat in large pot (drain excess liquid from meat).

4Add 3 cans of water to the 18 ounces paste.

5Smaller can, add 1 1/2 cans of water in pot.

6Stir paste and water good.

7Add fresh garlic, oregano, sugar, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper (to taste).

8Cook slow about 1 hour, not covered.

9Stir occasionally.
