  • lasagna (no boil sheets)
  • 1 lb. shredded Mozzarella
  • 2 tsp. dried parsley
  • 2 qt. your favorite tomato sauce
  • 2 lb. Ricotta
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 lb. meatballs, chopped

Directions

    Mix Ricotta, Mozzarella, egg, parsley and grated cheese.

    In a 9 x 13 pan, spoon about 2 tablespoons sauce in bottom of pan. Layer uncooked lasagna sheets in pan.

    Spoon the Ricotta mix on top, then sprinkle some chopped meatballs on top.

    Spoon some sauce on top.

    Then start again with the lasagna sheets, Ricotta mix, chopped meat and sauce.

    Do a third layer of lasagna sheets, Ricotta mix, chopped meat and sauce.

    Now place lasagna sheets on top and top with sauce.

    Sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella and grated cheese.

    Bake in a 350° oven for about 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest about 10 minutes before serving.
