- 1 lb. ground chuck or ground turkey
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
- 1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 12 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown meat and onion. Drain and add next 7 ingredients. Simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.

2Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.

3Drain.

4In greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish, spread just enough sauce mixture to prevent sticking. Starting with noodles, layer noodles, Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and 1/3 sauce mixture. Repeat 2 times.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
