- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 can tomatoes
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. Mozzarella
- 8 oz. lasagna, cooked and drained
Directions

1Brown meat; drain fat.

2Add garlic, parsley, basil, salt, tomatoes, tomato paste and water.

3Simmer for 1/2 hour.

4Combine cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese.

5Add eggs, salt and pepper.
