- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 small cans tomato sauce
- 2 small cans tomato paste
- 2 small (paste) cans water
- 3 lb. shredded cheese (Provolone or Mozzarella)
- oregano to taste
Directions

1Brown ground beef with onion and oregano.

2Drain fat from meat.

3Add sauce, paste and water.

4Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Cook noodles; drain.

5Layer in lasagna pan noodles, sauce and shredded cheese.

6Repeat, ending with cheese (3 layers).

7Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes, until cheese melts and starts to bubble.

8Remove from oven and let set for a while before cutting.
