- 1 lb. ground chuck/beef
- 1 lb. sausage (Tennessee Pride, mild)
- 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (homestyle)
- 1 Tbsp. Italian spices or pizza spices
- 16 oz. cottage cheese or Ricotta
- 1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella
- 3 Tbsp. grated Romano/Parmesan
Directions

1Cook noodles and fry chopped beef and sausage (drain well). Put back into skillet.

2Add sauce, spices, 1 1/2 tablespoons Ramona and 1 1/2 tablespoons Parmesan.

3Simmer until thick (about 20 minutes).
