Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 2 c. tomato sauce
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1/3 c. scallions, minced
- 1 Tbsp. green pepper, minced
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Cook noodles.

2Cook meat in a skillet, breaking up lumps.

3Add tomato sauce.

4Salt and pepper to taste.

5Remove from heat. Combine cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, scallions and green pepper.

6In casserole, make layers of noodles and the cheese mixture.

7Pour the meat sauce over all.

8Pour melted butter on top.

9Chill at least 1 hour.

10Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
