- 1 pkg. low-fat or fat free Mozzarella cheese
- 1 container low-fat or fat free Ricotta cheese
- mushrooms
- spaghetti sauce (3 c. or 2 jars)
Directions

1Cook lasagna noodles until tender.

2Brown ground meat.

3In greased casserole dish, layer noodles, sauce, ground meat, cheeses and mushrooms.

4Continue layering until all ingredients are used. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
