  • 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 pkg. low-fat or fat free Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 container low-fat or fat free Ricotta cheese
  • mushrooms
  • spaghetti sauce (3 c. or 2 jars)

Directions

    Cook lasagna noodles until tender.

    Brown ground meat.

    In greased casserole dish, layer noodles, sauce, ground meat, cheeses and mushrooms.

    Continue layering until all ingredients are used. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
