  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 1 (1 lb.) mild bulk pork sausage
  • 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
  • 1 (12 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, divided

Directions

    Cook noodles according to package directions, omitting salt and then drain.

    Cook sausage until browned, stirring to crumble; set aside.

    Combine egg and next 5 ingredients, stirring well.

    Spread 1/2 cup meat sauce in lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Layer half of Ricotta cheese and 1/3 cup remaining meat sauce. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.

    Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
