Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Cook noodles and drain; set aside to cool.

    Brown meat and onion.

    Add all ingredients except noodles, cheeses and meat. Simmer sauce on low for 15 minutes.

    Slice cheeses.

    Spread a little sauce on bottom of pan to prevent sticking.

    Layer noodles, cheeses and sauce, ending with sauce and cheese on top. Bake at 325° until cheese is melted, about 30 minutes.
