- 1 lb. cooked, chopped chicken or beef
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Cook noodles in boiling water for 25 minutes or until tender.

3Drain.

4Arrange in a shallow 3-quart baking dish, alternating layers of noodles, meat, cheese and sauce. Add grated cheese last.
