- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
- 1 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles
- spaghetti sauce
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef.

2Add thawed and drained spinach, Ricotta and Mozzarella cheeses and salt.

3Cook and drain noodles.

4Spread spoonful of meat mixture on each noodle; roll up.

5Arrange, seam side down, in shallow casserole.

6Prepare spaghetti sauce; spoon over rolls.

7Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
