- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and dried
- 2 Tbsp. minced green onion
- 15 oz. cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese (1 c.)
- 14 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Cook lasagna noodles as directed.

2In 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, cook broccoli and green onions in salad oil until tender (about 5 minutes), stirring frequently.

3Remove saucepan from heat.

4Stir in cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt and egg. Preheat oven to 375°.

5Drain noodles and place in single layer on waxed paper.

6Evenly spread some cheese mixture on each lasagna noodle.

7Roll up each noodle jelly-roll fashion.
