Lasagna Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, cut into square size strips
  • 1 pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked as directed
  • 1 large can prepared spaghetti sauce

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients as you would a meat loaf.

    Can add salt or pepper to suit taste. Form a handful of mixture around the cheese stick, then wrap with a noodle.

    Repeat, using remaining mixture, placing rolls into a greased baking dish. Top with spaghetti sauce. Cover with oil and bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes.
