  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, prepared as directed
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 (16 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. oregano
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    In medium bowl, combine egg, Ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, 1 ounce only Mozzarella cheese, oregano and garlic powder.

    Spread cheese mixture equally on lasagna noodle strips; roll up each strip.

    Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with Pam.

    Spread 1 cup sauce in bottom of baking dish.

    Arrange lasagna rolls, seam side down, in sauce.

    Pour remaining sauce over lasagna and top with remaining Mozzarella cheese.

    Cover tightly; bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
