Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes undrained
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1 can corn undrained
  • 1 can cannellini beans undrained
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons beef bouillion
  • italian seasoning to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 2 1/2 cups pasta uncooked, choice
  • 1/2 cup cheese or more, choice for topping, do not omit ;
  • Italian breadcrumbs not necessary

Directions

    Brown beef in large pot with onion and green pepper.

    Add garlic and cook an additional 1 minute.

    Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, corn, beans, water, bouillon, and seasonings. (Everything but the cheese and pasta.) Cook for 10 minutes.

    Add pasta and cook until tender, 10-15 minutes.

    Put into bowls and top with cheese(and breadcrumbs if you have them). I use a Pecorino Romano and Parmesan mix. It's just a staple that I keep but I'm sure it would be delicious with cheddar or taco mix cheese, whatever you have really. Enjoy!
