Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
- 1 large chicken, boiled
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can Veg-All mixed vegetables
- 2 c. chicken broth, boiled chicken
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (I use cream of celery or mushroom soup)
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Cook chicken and onion until tender.

2Cool.

3Skin, bone and chop chicken.

4Place chicken on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

5Drain vegetables and pour on top of chicken.

6Mix broth and soup.

7Pour over vegetables.

8Combine buttermilk, flour and margarine.

9Spoon over top of chicken mixture.
-
10Bake at 400° for 1 hour or until brown and bubbly.
