  • 1 pkg. (300 g) frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shredded Cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 jar (650 mL) Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce, divided
  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

    Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Mix spinach, ricotta, Parmesan and egg in medium mixing bowl.

    Spread 1 cup pasta sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

    Spread each noodle with a generous spoonful of ricotta mixture; roll up.

    Place, seam-sides down, over sauce in dish.

    Top with remaining sauce and cheese.

    Cover.

    Bake 20 min.

    Uncover and bake additional 15 min.
