- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
- 2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 8 oz. lasagne noodles
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In pan, brown beef and onion in oil.

2Add tomatoes, paste, water, parsley, salt, sugar, garlic, pepper and oregano.

3Simmer uncovered about 30 minutes.

4Cook noodles in pan.

5Spread 1 cup sauce, then alternate layers of lasagne, sauce and cheese, ending sauce and cheese on top.

6Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
