- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 3/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 8 oz. lasagne noodles
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (sprinkle on top after assembling)
Directions

1Brown beef with onions; drain.

2Add tomatoes, sauce, paste and salt and simmer, uncovered, 45 minutes; stir occasionally.

3Preheat oven to 350°.

4Cook noodles per package instructions.

5Mix cottage cheese and eggs; add small amount Mozzarella cheese.

6Assemble in layers alternating with meat, cheese, noodles, etc.

7Bake in 350° oven 1/2 hour.
