- 1/2 lb. lasagne noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 8 oz. cottage cheese
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- oregano to taste
Directions

1Cook lasagne noodles until tender.

2Drain on paper towel. Brown meat; drain off excess grease.

3Add spaghetti sauce and oregano.

4Blend eggs and cottage cheese together.

5Spread thin layer of meat mixture in 8 x 11-inch pan.

6Layer of noodles, all of egg mixture, noodles, then rest of meat mixture.

7Top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

8Makes 8 servings.
