  • 1 lb. box lasagne noodles
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small container Ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 lb. sliced Provolone cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 lb. browned, drained ground meat
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano

    Cook and set aside lasagne noodles.

    Simmer sauce with ground meat and set aside.

    Lightly beat 4 eggs and add Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.

    Add oregano and salt and pepper. Mix lightly.

    Line large rectangular pan with 1/2 the sauce followed by the cheese mixture.

    Repeat, omitting the sauce. Cover with remaining sauce and sliced Provolone cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Allow to stand before cutting.
