  • 4 wide lasagne noodles, cooked
  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 jar Italian sauce (about 2 c.)
  • 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper
  • onions
  • green peppers
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Beat egg and add to Mozzarella cheese.

    Layer noodles, beef, sauce and cheese mix to fill a baking dish.

    Cook 25 to 30 minutes at 325°.

    Watch carefully toward end of cooking time and don't let cheese on top burn, just brown a little.

    Remove from oven and let it set for about 5 minutes to let the cheese cool down.
