- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 10 oz. lasagne noodles
- 1/2 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. tomatoes
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 3 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Brown meat; spoon off excess fat.

3Add garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste and salt.

4Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5Cook noodles; drain and rinse. Combine remaining ingredients, except Mozzarella cheese.

6Place half the noodles in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

7Spread cottage cheese mixture.

8Add half meat sauce and half the Mozzarella cheese.

9Repeat layers.

10Bake for about 30 minutes.
