Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Italian sausage
  • 1 lb. chopped beef
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup
  • 1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
  • 2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • garlic to taste
  • lasagne noodles to fit pan, 3 layers
  • 1 1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese (more if you like)

Directions

    Cook sausage and drain.

    Cook beef; drain.

    Mix all ingredients, except noodles and cheese, for about 1 hour.

    Cook noodles according to directions.

    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Layer noodles, meat sauce and cheese; make 3 layers.

    Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour; cover with foil for half the time.
