- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. can crushed tomatoes
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. garlic
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 8 oz. lasagne noodles
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a large pan, lightly brown beef and onion in oil. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, water, parsley, salt, sugar and spices. Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally until sauce is thick and not watery.

2Cook lasagne noodles and drain.
