- 8 oz. lasagne noodles
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large jar Ragu or homemade sauce
- small cottage cheese
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- fried onions (optional)
- mushrooms (optional)
- beef (optional)
Directions

1Fry and drain beef; add sauce.

2While doing this, boil water and add noodles.

3Cook until just tender; fork during cooking to separate.

4Drain noodles.

5Cool with cold water.

6Make sure they are drained well.

7Now place a layer of noodles in an 8 x 10-inch pan (or smaller if you would like more layers).

8Now add sauce layer and then cottage cheese; spread thinly.

9Now add Mozzarella cheese.

10Continue layers until gone.

11Bake at 350° for 15 minutes; then cool 10 minutes.

12This gives it more flavor.
