- 1 lb. ground meat
- 3 1/2 c. stewed tomatoes
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 2 envelopes spaghetti sauce mix
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz. lasagne noodles
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown meat slowly; spoon off excess fat and add next four ingredients.

2Cover and simmer forty minutes, stirring occasionally.

3Cook noodles in boiling water until tender; drain and rinse in cold water.

4Place half the noodles in 8 x 11-inch baking dish; cover with one-third of the sauce.

5Add half the Mozzarella cheese, then half the cottage cheese.

6Repeat layers, ending with sauce.

7Top with Parmesan cheese.

8Bake in 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

9Let cool 15 minutes; cut in squares. Serves six.
