- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 1/2 c. (32 oz. jar) spaghetti sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) box uncooked lasagne
- 4 c. (2 lb.) cottage cheese
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Brown meat and drain.

2Add sauce and simmer 10 minutes.

3Cook lasagne, but not until soft, in 6 quarts of water for about 12 to 15 minutes.

4Separate lasagne out flat on wax paper or aluminum foil to cool.

5Combine cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper for filling.

6Pour about 1/2 cup meat sauce on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

7Arrange 4 pieces of lasagne lengthwise over sauce, overlapping the edges.

8Spread 1/3 of the cheese filling over lasagne.

9Cover with about 1 cup meat sauce.
