- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained
- 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 lb. lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 pt. cottage cheese
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown beef and drain.

2Add onions and green peppers.

3Add next 8 ingredients and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4In baking dish arrange layers of half the noodles, half the cottage cheese, half the meat sauce, and half the Mozzarella cheese.

5Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

6Repeat layers. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
