  • 1 1/2 lb. meat
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. tomatoes
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
  • 10 oz. pkg. lasagne noodles
  • 2 (12 oz.) pkg. Ricotta cheese
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Brown meat and drain; add next 6 ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes.

    Mix Ricotta cheese, egg, salt, pepper, parsley and Parmesan cheese.

    Cook noodles per package.

    In a dish, layer noodles, cheese mix, sauce and Mozzarella cheese; cook at 375° until bubbly.
