- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- garlic salt to taste
- cottage cheese
- 3 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 pkg. lasagne noodles
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion.

2Drain.

3Add oregano, tomato paste, soup, water, vinegar and garlic salt.

4Simmer for 30 minutes.

5Cook lasagne noodles as directed.

6In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer noodles, sauce, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, ending with Mozzarella cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
