- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- chopped onion
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 lb. ground meat
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
- olive oil
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Saute onion in oil.

2Add meat and brown; drain excess fat. Add spaghetti sauce.

3Simmer; cook noodles.

4Drain.

5Cool in cold water.

6Add salt and pepper to taste.

7Layer noodles, meat and cheeses.

8Repeat layers.
-
9Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

10Bake at 350° until cheese is melted.
