- 2 egg whites
- 8 oz. fat-free cottage cheese
- 4 oz. fat-free Mozzarella cheese
- 3 to 4 c. spaghetti sauce (nonfat; low salt)
Directions

1Place a small amount of sauce on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

2Place 1 layer of noodles in pan.

3Combine cottage cheese and egg whites.

4Place on top of noodle layer, then add sauce.

5Place another layer of noodles; top with sauce and Mozzarella cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
