- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (15 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 1 lb. bag Mozzarella slices
- 1 lb. bag Mozzarella, shredded
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 9 lasagne noodles, cooked
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown beef in large skillet.

2Drain fat.

3Add Ragu; heat just to boiling.

4Mix shredded Mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, egg, parsley, salt and pepper.

5Ladle 1/3 of meat sauce into bottom of an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.

6Layer 3 noodles, then 1/2 cheese mixture and 2nd 1/3 of meat sauce.

7Repeat.

8Top with 3 noodles and Mozzarella slices, in that order.

9Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

10Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

11This also freezes well for a make-ahead meal.
