Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 3 C. hot water
- 1/2 lb. lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 C. cottage cheese
- 1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook first 4 ingredients in a heavy skillet until onions and beef are soft and crumbly.

2Add salt, rosemary, pepper, tomato paste, and water to beef mixture.

3Mix well and simmer uncovered about 30 minutes.

4In a shallow baking dish place enough sauce to cover the bottom, then 1/2 the noodles.

5Spread with cottage cheese, thin slices of mozzarella, 1/2 of the remaining sauce, rest of the noodles, sauce, mozzarella cheese.

6Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until it is bubbling hot.

7Let stand before serving.
