- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground lean pork
- 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 2 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella
- 12 oz. lasagne noodles, cooked
Directions

1Put tomatoes, paste and spices in blender.

2Add to drained, cooked meats.

3Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes, or until mixture is consistency of spaghetti sauce.

4Stir together cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese.

5Heat oven to 350°.

6In ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, alternate layers, starting with noodles, then cottage cheese mixture, sauce, Mozzarella and Parmesan.

7End with noodles and Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.

8Bake for 45 minutes, uncovered.
