  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed or small amount garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 (8 pt.) can seasoned tomato sauce
  • 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground oregano
  • 1/2 lb. thinly sliced Mozzarella cheese or/and American cheese
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
