  • 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
  • 1 (26 oz.) can low-fat spaghetti sauce
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 (24 oz.) cottage cheese (no-fat)
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese (no-fat)
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz. lasagne noodles, uncooked

Directions

    Cook beef in saucepan with enough water to cover beef; drain off all water and fat possible.

    Add spaghetti sauce to beef and bring to simmer.

    Combine remaining ingredients, except lasagne noodles, for filling.
