  • 9 lasagne noodles
  • 1 onion
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
  • 8 c. instant mash potatoes, cooked to pkg. directions

Directions

    Cook noodles to package; drain.

    Cut onion into small pieces. In 13 x 9-inch buttered pan, layer noodles on bottom, then potatoes, onion and cheese; repeat.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

    Cool for 5 minutes.

    Serve.
