- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can (3 1/2 c.) tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 or 2 envelopes spaghetti sauce mix
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz. lasagne or wide noodles
- 1 (6 or 8 oz.) pkg. thin sliced Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown meat slowly.

3Add the next 4 ingredients; cover and simmer 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt to taste.
