  • 1/8 cup red wine
  • Cheese mixture
  • 16 ounces ricotta
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 pound mozzarella slices
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 box lasagna noodles
