- 7 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2/3 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup sweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 1/2 cups raisins

11. Preheat oven to 365.

22. Spread oats on two baking sheets. Drizzle with oil and honey and mix well with cookie spatula.

33. Bake cookie sheets side-by-side for about 20 minutes (more depending on your oven and how toasty you like your granola), stirring every 5-6 minutes. Be careful to get the granola at the edges of the pan into the middle so it won't burn.

44. Before the last 5-6 minutes, add walnuts, coconut, and sunflower seeds if yours aren't preroasted.

55. Remove from oven, stir, spread back out on pan and let cool. Add raisins (and sunflower seeds if preroasted). Store in airtight container.
